How Much Does Jenny Craig Cost?

The typical Jenny dieter pays between $525 and $705 per month, mostly to pay for its meals with prices like:

Does Jenny Craig work?

Average Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners can cost about $6 – $7 each and snacks are about $2 – $3 each. Members can expect to shell out between $15 and $23 a day on average, due to the high cost of Jenny meals.

It’s also important to remember that if you choose not to pick up your foods from a local Jenny Craig center, you will incur shipping charges. Frozen food is always shipped via expedited shipping and, depending on your zip code and the day you select for delivery, can range between $29 – $94. Purchasing a minimum of 16 meals at once will often times trigger cheaper shipping rates. The shipping and handling price will vary by location.

What Jenny Craig food You Can Eat and What You Can’t

Besides Jenny Craig prepackaged meals, you can also have fresh fruits and vegetables, and reduced-fat dairy products.

Jenny Craig’s approach focuses on choosing low-fat foods that are rich in water, fiber, and protein to fill you up. In general, you can eat as many nonstarchy vegetables (like tomatoes, broccoli, and peppers) as you want.
